Most bettors overestimate their results. A betting log shows the truth: your actual profit, your return on investment (ROI) and your strike rate, across every bet rather than the ones you remember. Over a few hundred bets it also shows which markets and odds ranges work for you — and which do not.
Profit is everything paid back on settled bets minus what you staked on them. ROI is that profit divided by the total settled stake. Strike rate counts won bets against won plus lost (voids and cash-outs are left out). A void bet returns your stake; a cash-out returns the amount you enter. Pending bets are not counted until settled.
